Introducing a brand new opportunity to dedicated Sci-Fi fans. SFB events present ‘SFB Patrons’.

Being a patron of SFB Events is not only a way to show your support for SF Ball and Reunion but also an exciting opportunity to get unparalleled access to SFB Events news and information.

SFB Patrons will enjoy many benefits like discounted tickets, advanced notice of guest announcements and more.

Patrons will enjoy a 12 month membership during which time their names will be included on a Patrons page on the website and printed in the event guides of the SFB Events that fall within that membership year. This is a unique opportunity to show your support for the South’s leading Sci-Fi Event.

As a thank you to our patrons, SFB Events will host an annual patron’s drinks reception at Reunion in Daventry.

Terms and Conditions

Single Patron memberships are for one adult only.
Couples memberships are for two adults living at the same address.
Memberships run for one calendar year, during which the member is entitled to all membership privileges.
Discounts are calculated from the full listed prices of tickets and will be equivalent to a 10% discount. Patron’s discounts are not available in conjunction with other offers e.g. early bird discount.
Discounts are not available retrospectively and are only valid for bookings made within the year of membership.
Discounts are only applicable for the booking of the named patron or couple. Patrons cannot claim discount on bookings made for other attendees.
Patrons can only book for one SF Ball and one Reunion event during their year of membership.
Patron’s discounts are only available where payment is received in full at the time of booking.
A patron’s price will be available at checkout in the shop and this will be equivalent to 10% discount. Whilst no limit is set on amount of purchases in the shop, patrons who are seen to be abusing the privilege by ordering bulk quantities of items to resell at a profit will have their membership revoked.
Photo packs will be sent to all patrons as soon as practicable after the event. Couple memberships will only receive one photo pack per couple.
Advance notice text messages will be sent to the nominated mobile phone number. Patrons who have not supplied SFB Events with a mobile number will receive no further communication and will be deemed to have waived their right to this service.
Advance notice of guest announcements is a privilege and whilst SFB Events understand that some element of word of mouth communication regarding guest announcements will occur, it would be appreciated if patrons avoided posting such information on the internet etc. until the formal announcement has been made. This is to ensure that the privilege of being a patron remains exclusive.
The patron’s area of the SFBall website is an exclusive benefit of being an SFB patron. Content is not to be distributed without prior permission from SFB Events and you are not permitted to allow non members to have access to the website.
The patron’s drinks reception will be by invitation only at Reunion in the year of membership. Couple members will receive a joint invitation. Patrons are not entitled to bring additional guests to this function.
